Oatly is very big into coffee and therefore very big into the talent that makes the coffee: baristas. For this short (unreleased) series, we spent a day visiting cafés across Chicago and getting the scoop from baristas on everything from eavesdropping (see below), tasting notes, and what exactly makes the perfect customer.
